YOGA INTRODUCTION VIDEO-SERIES
Many are noticing is that these videos are in English, to help support all participants in “Alex’s stora yogakurs”. More info in the first video!
As a beginner, it is advisable for you to practice along to these videos before we meet live in the yoga shala. I recommend practicing no more than 1 video per day for beginners, and start from the beginning of the video series. You will learn to practice independently through these videos, so please let it take some time. There is no hurry to learn everything at once!
A few videos per week will be published here as long as we are in gym-lockdown. More info on when we will be able to meet in the yoga shala will be published as soon there are any public info on this. Please watch all videos from beginning to end before we meet in the yoga shala in January or February 2022!
